So, we’ve come to the end of this short report, and I am sure you will agree that we have covered a lot of ground.
Hopefully, you can see that there is much more to generating more power from your shots and passes than simply swinging back your leg and trying to hit the ball as hard as you possibly can.
In part 1 we detailed many tips which you can use to improve your technique substantially, almost overnight.
While it will take weeks of practice to refine these skills fully, and implement them as if they were second nature to you, you will see immediate improvements in your game by beginning to apply them straight away.
In part 2 we emphasized the importance of building the necessary strength in your legs and the core of your body, and the need to eat a healthy, balanced, protein-rich diet.
This will ensure that not only are you generating more power, you will have the energy to maintain your ability over longer periods of time.
In part 3 we discussed the importance of ensuring you are wearing soccer boots which give you every chance of increasing your shot power further, as well as once again highlighting the benefits of regular practice.
Regardless of everything you have just read, if you fail to implement these tips, and fail to undertake the hours of practice which are required to improve any aspect of your game, you will never maximize your talents to your true potential.
However, put everything you have learned in this report together, and I have no doubt at all that you will begin to play soccer with a new found power added to your game.
